StrapHive is devoted to your satisfaction. Below is our return policy:

Return Window: Initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return: Send your return by mail. Begin the process by contacting us at support@straphive.com.

Return Conditions: Products must be new and unworn, with all tags and original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Faulty Products: Returns for defective items are at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs: You will cover return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

Processing Refunds: After we inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Once approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Our Responsibility: We cover issues such as incorrect or faulty products. Report these immediately with a photo.

Refund Exceptions: We do not refund for customer errors like incorrect addresses or wrong product selection.

Order Amendments: Contact us asap for order changes; once processing or shipping has started, changes are not possible.

Product Images: Actual items might slightly differ in color from images shown.

Damages and Errors: Examine your order upon receipt. Any defects, damages, or incorrect items should be reported immediately.

Exchanges: To exchange, return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds: If your return is approved, we’ll refund your original payment method. Timing may vary by bank or credit card issuer.

Return Labels: We do not supply prepaid labels unless the item is incorrect or defective. Contact us for a label in these instances.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your order within 6 hours after placement.
